Almost everyone has found, or may find themselves in a rut at some time in their life.

The depth and the climb to the top can vary from one step to years of struggle.

No matter how shallow the rut, it should not diminish the validity of any person’s concern of what they are experiencing.

People can only know firsthand, their own ‘worst’ and usually we only stay steadily conscious of our own ‘current’ state of mind as changes in life come and go.

Some spend a long time falling down into a deep rut before they’ve even realized they are stumbling.

When someone begins to crawl out of a rut they are realizing much. There are a lot of little things that are learned, thought about, philosophized, questions that are asked, experimentations, experiences with failure, success.

This is valuable information to capture but is often forgotten by the time someone makes it to the bright side.
